roman blinds
De Ploeg has selected a number of fabric qualities which can be used for Roman blinds. These qualities have been thoroughly tested in advance to determine whether they are suitable for Roman blinds. Only fabrics which successfully pass the tests are considered suitable for Roman blinds. The successful fabrics can be found in our collection overview.
Specifications
- All Roman blinds are delivered ready-to-use on a chain system (including materials).
- De Ploeg uses an elegant, thin, aluminium-coloured headrail.
- Headrail dimensions: 35 mm deep and 30 mm high with universal brackets (for both the wall and the ceiling).
- A smooth-running, metal-look chain with a De Ploeg cord weight.
- The battens have magnets on the ends, so that they remain tensioned (patented magnet system).
- The fabric can be easily removed from the system and the cords can be disconnected by disconnecting the cord clips from the system, so that the cords can be cleaned together with the fabric.
- The battens are inserted or removed by means of a button hole, so that the tunnels remain sealed at the sides.
- The Roman blinds come as standard with flounce and battens on the front and back.
- Every Roman blind comes with washing instructions.
